PRIVATE YOGA SESSION
Private yoga classes gives us the opportunity to focus on your individual needs and work with the limitations and possibilities of your unique anatomy. In the private sessions, I will guide you through a soft flow, whilst paying attention to postural detail and correcting where necessary, so that you can learn to understand your own alignment better and deepen your yoga practice.

You can book private sessions to dive deeper into contemporary dance, improvisation and/or movementflow.
